Book of the Month Sponsorships
It is important that every child have access to books. Book of the month is a program that I started with my classes by leveraging the $1 Scholastic books offered each month. Parents and community members would sponsor a student in my class and every student is able to take home a new book every month to build their home library. Unwanted books are donated to the school library, community library, housing shelters, etc.
